Abstract

The most important competitive advantage for any organization is its staff, so the role of in-service education and training programs for the promotion of human resources in order to achieve the objectives of the organization is necessary. The present study is aimed at identifying influential factors andprioritizing pathology of short term training courses through (CIPP) model in Mellat Bank: providing guidelines for its development and improvement. The research is applied in nature and descriptive and analytical with survey data gathering method. Statistical population of this research were the staff at General Administration Office (Administration of Education, Office of Technology Information, Office of E Banking) the number of 500 people, out of which 300 people were selected as sample size using Morgan Tables and Cochran formula,. Selection of stratified sampling (classification) is ultimately random. SPSS software for data processing and LISREL has been used. According to the results of the test version Kolmogorov Smirnoff, all variables are normally distributed and because the significance level obtained from this test was greater than 0.05 and also given the results of first and second order confirmatory factor analysis and the calculation of the standard fit indices, the significant impact of all four factors, input, output, influential process on pathology of in-service training courses (short term) has been approved. Finally, nonparametric Friedman was used for the ranking of all main and sub variables of CIPP model of in-service training (short-term) with Bank Mellat. Then practical suggestions and approaches would be proposed.
