Abstract

The present study is carried out using a correlational research approach. The main purpose of this research is to examine the role of self-efficacy in entrepreneurial passion of the entrepreneurs. To achieve this, the four dimensions of self-efficacy were measured. These dimensions include: vicarious experience, performance accomplishments, verbal persuasion, and emotional stimulation which are regarded as dependent variables and the conscious mind as the mediator. To study the role of these variables in entrepreneurial passion, 120 employees of Tehran science parks (SP's) were examined. The multiple regression analysis was used to analyze data. The results of the study show that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial passion, with performance accomplishment having the highest effect on the entrepreneurial passion of the sample population.
