The subject of ethical behaviour of leaders has received significant attention in today's situation due to plethora of ethical scandals and misgovernance in the corporate world. The reason behind corporate scandals is the failure of corporate leadership to demonstrate ethical leadership and its consequent impact on employee outcomes. The research paper attempts to explore the role of psychological empowerment in the association between ethical leadership behaviour and attitudinal outcomes of employees. Although the influence of ethical leadership on individual behaviour has not been minutely studied, still then one of the important theoretical implications of the model is the deliberation of ethical leadership behaviour as a variable that intervenes the effect of leader's ethical behaviour on individual outcomes such as faith and commitment.
