Developing the Information Technology provides a style of duty carry out in the name of Tele-working. The mentioned style can establish equilibrium between job life– personal life. It causes the reduction of costs and productivity improvement. Today behavioral researchers have realized that one negative side of organizational life that rises from organizational interactions is Social Undermining. The essay focuses on identification of Social Undermining dimensions and relations identified dimensions with Tele-working. Research as goal – based is developmental – application and on the basis of method is descriptive that sampling is non-probability via judgmental with experts view and the collecting of dote is done via quasi- Delphi technique. This research provides a triple identified dimensions including Social Undermining via interaction with collaborators, Social Undermining via interaction with manager(s), Social Undermining via interaction with customers for public organizations in order to survey their relations with Tele-working.
