Abstract

Now a day the whole world is surrounded by materialism. Every field of the society is losing and forgetting the real purpose of the work and life, whether it would be business and management. The major purpose of the business management whether financial or human resource has become to gain profit of money in any cost. This means to say that the rate of ethics in this field of management is getting down day by day. This is study is a little effort to see the field of management with the lens of spirituality. Firstly we explore the three words spirituality, self and management in modern scientific and in Indian spiritual perspective and then suggest a simple way to manage self to gain actual profit of commerce as health and wealth both.
