The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of political behavior with mediating role of human resources management styles on organizational health of Arya Resane Tadbir, Shuttle Company. The study population is the employees of Arya Resane Tadbir company as 250, of which 150 employees are considered by Morgan Table and simple random sampling method as study sample. Three developed questionnaires of human resources management styles, political behavior and standard health organization are designed and their validity and reliability are supported by lecturers of University on management and research method. Finally, 101 questionnaires are returned. For data analysis, SPSS software, version 19 and Lisrel are used. Legitimate and illegitimate political behavior are considered by management in organization as good political behavior is effective on development of political wisdom and in decision making process, organization changes, using participative management, commitment and loyalty of employees and effective leaders and it leads to effectiveness and productivity and organizational health. Negative political behavior leads to violation of rules, disturbance and dismissal from organization and administrative corruption and it is opposite to organizational health.
