National and international experts and organizations have provided many definitions of efficiency. The majority of them have been mentioned the relationship between the output of a system and the used data. In other words, whatever the efficiency ratio is higher than the used resources, the productivity is greater. The original and largest and most valuable resource of an organization is its manpower, which has a considerable impact on the productivity of the organizations.
Effects of human resources on the efficiency of the organization in terms of international sanctions, it is important where to access to other resources, it is difficult to provide. In the present study, referred to edit visions document of twenty years and Iran's efforts to achieve the status of the first place of economic in the region and the unmatched role of efficiency in it and the role of human resource management on organizational efficiency have been studied, in the circumstances the country is facing international sanctions.
Based on the scientific-research papers, research reports, official reports, statistics and cyberspace noted the importance of concepts such as: job analysis, manpower planning process, the process of socialization of the staff, the training process and the reward process and strategies is presented for the proper management of human resources to increase the productivity of organizations in terms of sanctions. Finally, proposed conclusions about the topic and suggestions about this.
