Abstract

This present study is conducted to investigate the Department of Environment of sistan and Baluchistan that includes EFQM standard questionnaires based on nine general criteria has been used.(Process, planning staffs, policy and strategies, references, leaderships, opera tons, staff benefits, audience benefits, social results).

For the sampling, 210 managers, supervisors and experts of organization that analyses based on the standard question of EFQM, T-test and data. According to the acquired results, research indicates that all criteria are acceptable but human resource criteria got low standardized scoring than the others. So due to the existence results the human results strategies is recommended to pay more attention.
