Abstract

The present study was done to explore reactivity of ability of learning from market-orientation. Used tool to gather data was a standard questionnaire. Method used in this research was correlative-descriptive and various descriptive and deductive statistic methods have been used in order to analyze data. The studied population includes all employees, managers, and executive managers of established firms in Tabriz industrial towns that 262 members were selected by Cochran formula and finally 251 questionnaires were used. The findings of this research show that there is significant relationship between market orientation and ability of learning in established firms in Tabriz industrial towns.
