Abstract

The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of political behavior with mediating role of human resources management styles on organizational health of Arya Resane Tadbir, Shuttle Company. The study population is the employees of Arya Resane Tadbir company as 250, of which 150 employees are considered by Morgan Table and simple random sampling method as study sample. Three developed questionnaires of human resources management styles, political behavior and standard health organization are designed and their validity and reliability are supported by lecturers of University on management and research method. Finally, 120 questionnaires are returned. For data analysis, SPSS software, version 19 and LIsrel are used. The study findings show that indirect effect of political behavior on work via commitment and participative styles on organizational health is higher than its direct effect on organizational health. The political behavior has significant effect on human resources management and organizational health of Shuttle Company.
