This study aimed to investigate the relationship between competitive strategies, organizational agility and business performance companies in the industrial town of Sanandaj city. The study population consisted of 126 managers of the companies that formed based on a simple random sampling method were selected. To collect information, research, standard tools Framch competitive strategies (2003), organizational agility and Salajegheh Nikpour standard questionnaire (1391) and to measure the business performance of this Ayng Wu Long Le (2012) was used. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by 11 members of the faculty management (validity). The reliability of the questions of competitive strategies, organizational agility and business performance using Cronbach's alpha, respectively, 0.874, 0.933 and 0.875 respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for statistical data analysis. The results showed that the distinction and organizational agility (r =0.558), cost leadership and organizational agility (r = 0.682), focus and organizational agility (r = 0.891) and organizational agility and business performance (r = 0.776) there are significant correlations.
