In this study an attempt has been made to study the role stress of medical representative. Certain factors of role stress are studied and hypotheses developed and explained with the help of relevant test. The result of the study shows significant differences in most of the factors of role stress and between gender and income of amedical representative. The finding are presented along with conclusions
