There has been a recent surge of interest in understanding psychological empowerment in the context of organizations and its positive effect for employees. This study aims to investigate the impact of Psychological Empowerment over Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Data was collected from 100 employees of organizations in Delhi NCR using accidental sampling method. 50 employees belonged to call centers and 50 belonged to white goods industries. The design of the study was a survey research and standardized scales were administered on a one to one basis for data collection. SPSS 22.0 software was used for data analysis. The results of correlation showed a significant positive relationship between employees’ psychological empowerment and their job satisfaction (r =.628, p<. 01). Further correlation between psychological empowerment and commitment to the organization also indicates a positive significant relationship (r =.546, p<.05). The results of simple linear regression revealed a significant positive impact of employees’ psychological empowerment on the employees’ job satisfaction level and commitment to their organization. The results suggest that psychological empowerment is one of the important attribute in relation to job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
