Abstract

The present study aims to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and employee intellectual capital in Sistan and Baluchestan governor. The statistical population of the study consists of headquarters staff and governor deputies of Sistan and Baluchestan and the sample size was determined based on Morgan table. Data were collected using two questionnaires of standard knowledge management and intellectual capital whose reliability was approved using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and their validity was accepted using the opinions of supervisors and experts of the relevant organizations as well, the spss19 software and Lisrel have been used along with appropriate statistical methods such as multiple regression test and structural equation model. The results show that knowledge management and its dimensions have a significant positive relationship with intellectual capital.
