An Empirical Study of Work Life Balance and Organizational Commitment of Management Faculties

The academic sector is going through a paradigm shift in the last few years. There is a substantial increase in the number of courses and the number of Institutes. Management Education has saw a steep growth so has the demand for management faculties. This study tries to find out the relationship between work life balance and organizational commitment of faculties. It was analysed that there is a strong relation between work life balance and organizational commitment among the faculties of Management Institutes.
