Abstract

MGNREGA is basically an employment generation programme but when we go into its details find the roots deeper. It touches, various other aspects of human life one amongst them being social inclusion. India has faced the problem of discrimination in terms of gender, caste, creed, colour and financial status. MGNREGA by adopting Inclusive participatory growth is playing a major role brining the women of the society into the productive zone.
