Abstract

The university is to play a decisive role in socio-economic transformation of the country. The Non-teaching staff helps to conceive the kind of service, the institution can render to develop and implement plan need to achieve the goals and make adjustments between plans and reality. The union of employees is containing organisation of their establishment for the protection and improvement of economic and social states of its members through collective action. In university employees union plays most vital and effective role of achieve better wages, fringe benefits, and redressing the grievances. In the present study analyse the employee’s relations of A.P.S. University Rewa Madhya Pradesh. The work analysis of unions have shown that the level of satisfaction in favour of unions in group A and B is average while it is extremely poor in group C; overall university score is poor showing dissatisfaction of employees with unions. The researcher also noticed identically while interacting with the employees, and on personal observation which corroborates with inferences drawn.
