The present paper is an attempt to evaluate spatial dimensions of educational levels, educational facilities, mortality rate, morbidity rate, health status and healthcare facilities in Western Uttar Pradesh as it is rapidly changing from agricultural to Industrial activities. Disparities prevail in terms of socio-economic and cultural conditions. Work is mainly based on secondary data and techniques applied is co-effcient of correlation, z-score, composite z-score etc. It is concluded that spatial dimensions of educational status and health is incomplete without educational and healthcare facilities. The regional pattern of educational status and health varies from region to region and district to district.
