The satisfaction of a marital life is one of the affecting factors on the validity reliability and the stability of families at the same time is one of the affecting factors on the wives and husbands and children's mental health. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers and staffs’ sexual awareness and sexual satisfaction with marital satisfaction in schools of Rasht. In this study was used a descriptive correlation method. The population consisted of all male and female teachers and staffs in Rasht in educational years (1391–1392). The sample sizes of this study were 200 teachers and staffs who were selected by random cluster sampling. Data collection: 1- Sexual Awareness Questionnaire (SAS) Snell Fisher and Miller (1991) that included four factors: sexual consciousness sexual monitoring sexual assertiveness and awareness of sexual attraction. 2-Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire that included 17 Likert-spectrum Maryam Yavari Kermani(1389). 3- Marital Satisfaction Scale Enrich (Elson 2006). For data analysis Pearson correlation test and multiple regressions test with step by step method were used. Based on the research finding there is a significant relationship between sexual awareness (sexual consciousness sexual monitoring sexual assertiveness sexual attraction) and sexual satisfaction with marital satisfaction worthwhile the sexual awareness variable for purpose of relation and power of sexual predictive regard to sexual satisfaction variable has the big effect and the composition of sexual awareness and sexual satisfaction has the big effect regard to marital satisfaction.
