The current business environment requires changes and innovation in any organisation. Today, the success of any organisation depends on the skills and attitude of their employees for changes. The environmental changes can be implemented in any company with the assistance of different departments’ employees. Commitment and attitude of employees are main factors for the success and adjustment with environmental changes. The paper discusses the importance and involvement of employees in automobile companies. The paper presents that innovative focus of members can help in the survival of a company.
