Factors contributing in performance of teacher educators

Having worked in a variety of position in different committees in B.Ed college for twenty years researcher have come to realize that the way people perform is conditioned more by the environment & the way they are treated than by the presence or lack of particular competencies. There is a large diversity in our institutions, we need to adopt a differentiated strategy & adopt those measures that are most suitable for a particular situation to improve individual performance of teacher educators.
