This article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of employment of the young graduates of higher educational institutions. In addition, the article researches the reasons for the youth unemployment, namely, a gap between the educational services market and the labour market. Moreover, the article proposes comprehensive approaches to the solution of the problem of the youth unemployment.
