Abstract

The aim of the study was to investigate human resources management practices and implement a comprehensive quality strategy in Jordanian telecommunication companies(Zain, Mobilcome, Umnya) from the point of view of managers and employees through field visits to the researcher of Jordanian telecom companies. The researcher found that there is limited attention to human resources and the impact of implementing comprehensive quality strategies on the ground. Prompting the researcher to research the impact of human resources management practices in the implementation of the comprehensive quality management strategy in the Jordanian telecoms companies.
