This paper presents Consumer's behaviour in shopping malls in Ernakulam city.. For the study Convenint Sampling Method was used and the sample size was 50. Simple percentage analysis was used for the analysis. Better environment and improved customer service, Competitive price with seasonal discount & various gift schemes, various options to the customer for choosing brand and variety, ample scope of promoting sales and enhance brand image, availability of parking space for vehicles, scope of employment at local area for various segments, all these reasons made the consumers attract towards Shopping Malls.
