It can be a source of development or growth or a source of degeneration or decay of social relations. In the economic field, the question of exchange is of paramount importance for understanding the development policies put in place by different countries. It stimulates the division of labor and influences the accumulation of wealth or economic growth. The present reflection tries to present the bottom of the exchange like notion, like economic policy for a thoughtful development of the nations.
