The importance of investments in modernizing indusry of Uzbekistan

This scientific article is devoted to the economic concept of innovations and investments under current processes of globalization ongoing in the world economy. In addition, the article provides research of interrelationship between innovation and investment processes. Basing on the research results the author has developed scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at activation of attracting investments in the modernization of the industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
