Trends and peculiarities of structural changes in the economy of Uzbekistanc

Thisscientific article is devoted to the basic directions of the structural changes occurred in the economy of Uzbekistan in the period of modernization. In addition, the article analyzes the issues related to the diversification of production and technical re-equipment. In reliance on the research results, the author has developed scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at further development of the high-tech branches and sectors producing high added value and high-quality goods.
