Cloud based digital library system for academic libraries

In Digital based Open Access System, the users of the library are give full freedom to utilize the library resources such as e-books, e-journals etc. This facility fulfills the need of Dr. Ranganathan's fourth Law "Save the time of the Reader". In the modern Internet Era, Cloud Computing plays a prominent role. Today, Instead of the newspapers, the people use the internet to access the e-news which provides not only the specific information but also news from various different channels from all over the world. Similar cloud enabled web technology can be further adapted to academic libraries too with the aid of UGC Infonet Digital Library and Inflibnet N-LIST services.
