Fast growth of Agricultural issues are taking U-turn in recombination of technical knowhow to defy the customary tendencies of peasants for grabbing more produce and more market capture is taking place with Indian sub continental zones also. Agricultural process by means of chemical fertilizers load persuade larger food need of our population, have numerous unconstructive eco-sequences in the manifestation. It causes environmental squalor, annihilation of earth crust, chemical in the vegetable, fruit and other edibles cause problem to the human being.
This research paper deals with the different features to execute librarians ’services in helping the organic agricultural practitioners. This study includes the areas of Sikkim, in regard to Organic Farming. The farmer's information seeking interaction, and several collaboration processes between farmer and government officials, NGOs, local people and others are considered.
This research also suggests the guidelines for creating local organizations for this purpose and library must generate synergistic approach regarding its services towards organic farmers.
