Technology Adoption Behavior of Women Library Professionals in Kerala

The paper is an attempt to study how far the women library professionals in the Universities in Kerala have adapted to technological changes. The study is part of a questionnaire survey of library professionals employed in the central and departmental libraries of the seven major Universities in Kerala. The study revealed that women librarians have adapted to technological changes in the information workplace. It is evident that gender plays a role in the attitudes of library professionals towards technology.
