Use Pattern of Resources and Services in Erode Sengunthar Engineering College-A Study

This study is aimed to analyse the use pattern of information resources and services. Questionnaire method was adopted to collect the data. Out of250 questionnaires only 194 were received from respondents. 136(54.4) questionnaire were received back from the male respondents. The highest number 42 (21.65%) of respondents were in the department of Mechanical Engineering and 83(42.78%) were using library more than one hour per day. The highest number of respondents 43(22.16%) were used to access the electronic resources. 43(22.16%) were used the E-Resources (including Online resources) and 37(19.7%) were used the Subject gateways/Portals.
