This paper defines the terms reading and its objectives and important in Arts and Science College. Reading habits among the Arts and Science students are most effective process in enhancing ones knowledge. The library should support the entire campus community by providing various material formats like print, Audio, Video or Electronic, Assignments of college Libraries must be carried out regularly by to enhance and sustain their quality.
