This paper investigates the pre and post analysis of initial public offerings of the listed companies in National Stock Exchange in India's top 30 listed companies for a period between 2005 to 2015. The main source of the study is from secondary data from firm's financial reports. Hypothesis is done using T-Test at 95% confidence level to find that there is significance under the performance of the IPOS and subsequent public offers. Roce, profitability, and market to book ratio, and Roa Ratios are used for the purpose of comparing the performance of the firms during the required time frame. The present study reveals that there is no significance difference of Roce, profitability, market to book ratio and Roa pre and post analysis of initial public offers.
