Education Departments of Karnataka state level programme this scheme the coverage of beneficiaries by Education departments 8th standard girl's students belonging to SC/ST and under below poverty line (BPL) whereas groups cover under this scheme start in the year 2006–07. During the in-depth discussion it was revealed that there are range of Factors to increase a students risk of dropping out and continuation of education. These factors includes high rate of absenteeism, low level of school engagement. Low parental education work or family responsibilities, moving to new schools and distance of schools from the place of Residence for rural and hilly region students target group were girls students enrolled to Government and Government aided schools and city corporation unit also by from the year 2007–08.
