India and Japan are two major independent counties in Asia. These counties have been sharing various historical social and economic backgrounds. In present days, both these counties have been going through the different regional, national and international challenges, likewise the growing concern of national security, regional economic disparities, and maritime problems. Under these circumstance, there is major concerned for both these counties, how to come out to these problems. On the other side there is continue rising the aspirations of super powers, to make influence on this region and threatened the security and peace prosperity of this region, also encourage India and Japan to move close to other. Therefore by understanding the socio economic scenario of international world and also avoiding the pressure of super powers, help these counties to move forward at regional level and international level and also to enhance their relations to each other for the betterment of nation as well as the region in economic and political sphere. My attempt in this paper is only to highlight the development as well as the major changing that took place in the bilateral relation of these counties, pertaining to security, communication, and technology.
