Abstract

Now a days banking is known as innovative banking. Developments in information technology have given a rise to innovations in the products and service designing and customer satisfaction are their centre point of all the efforts. One of the most important areas of banking where information technology has a positive influence so on substitutes for tradition funds movement services. With the advent of online banking, electronic fund transfer and other services for fund transfer within quick time which was impossible a few years ego. As grows e-banking, new problems are taking place related to security, privacy and confidentiality to e-banking transactions. The online customer services provided by the banking industry in India and additionally discussed the magnification rate and future prospects of the e-banking services provided by the Indian banks in this regard. Keeping the growth of e-banking services in India, in this paper attempts are made to find out the some of the challenges of e-banking in India and recommendations are made to solve the problems related to e-banking.
