Role of excellence and innovations in banking sector for women empowerment-With special reference to women in udupi region

Innovation means “to make something new” so the bank does not restrict itself to traditional banking system but explored to the new innovations to capture the market and to expand their business. With the excellent services of banks it tries to meet the needs of the customers and also try to provide the innovated products through digital banking which will be helpful for the banking industry. The innovations and excellence in banking plays a vital role in women empowerment. For the growth and development of the country one of the factors influences is women empowerment. So the digitalization in banking system is very much helpful for the women from the rural area so that they can be empowered for the betterment of our nation. This study aims to identify how the creativity and innovations in banking sector helped the women to move towards empowerment.
