This paper highlights the use of neural network as software agent in allocating some task of B2B ecommerce to it. Here the task is some kind of deal. The importance of neural network is highlighted by explaining its adaptability. Because we are working on concept of software agent hence explanation about them is also given. We are considering prediction problem to prediction about the probability of occurrence of deal. This deal can be further allocated to a system that can perform it. We have used Neural Network Tool Box of MATLAB to make such a system.
