In order to fulfil the demand of urban population with sustainable development and use of local material for construction purpose which is cost effective and easily available in local so that the exponential population growth and the existing housing shortage have made the situation even more alarming. To develop the mechanism and large scale filed application of proven innovative and emerging building materials and technologies in the construction sector which is available in local area. The sustainability aspects of building construction need to be factored in for industrial housing construction. This building system was evolved and perfected to reduce the waste, save energy, save water, and create a pollution free environment with smart construction methodology.
