Important Success Factors of TQM and Its Effect of on Employee Satisfaction in Iron and Steel Industry

This research presents new data and insights into the critical success factors of TQM and the relationship between TQM implementation and employee satisfaction. The main purpose of this research is to determine the impact of TQM implementation on employee satisfaction in the context of Indian iron and steel industries.

As very few research on TQM has been done in the developing countries, so our aim is to analyse the status of the Indian iron and steel industries for TQM implementation, as India is becoming a major sourcing base for the world and there is a paucity of such research.
