Abstract

Paper aims to present an approach to incorporate a qualitative forward looking ability in measuring the supply chain performance using fuzzy logic concept. Over the last ten year organizational performance measurement & metrics have received more attention by researchers. Performance measurement & metrics play important role to setting objective, evaluating performance & determining future course of action. The fuzzy logic has to apply on the metrics of supply chain operational reference model and it will help the manager in decision making.
