Three flavonoids Apigenin, Apigenin 7-O-methylether, Apigenin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and a phenolic acid-Chlorogenic acid have been isolated from the aerial parts of Merremia gangetica. Detailed spectral techniques including UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, positive ESIMS data have been provided for the above compounds.
