This paper implements a comparison on p-q and ip-iq methods. The simulations demonstrated that it gives same accurate results in case source voltage is symmetric and undistorted. In vice versa case the harmonic current can be detected accurately by ip-iq method, while the p-q method gives results are not accurately.
