To estimate results of kidneytransplantation in city clinical hospital No. 7 of Almaty Analysed 100 patients who underwent kidney transplantation in our institution; male-54 (54%), female-46 (46%), age from 14 till 58 years (39 ± 10, 3). 91 caseswasperfomed by hand-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy (HALD) and in three cases-open method (2 mini-lumbotomia and 1 pararectal access)
