This paper proposes a new approach for locating software components from a large repository. The recent software reuse progress in the software component basedon engineering has offered many facilities in the field of software reuse. The software components are developed for a software product may be useful for them if they develop a similar product in the future. So the components that are identified as reusable are stored in the repository so that other teams can use them to serve in to get a quality product. But to get the reusable components from the repository, we need searches so that we can get our needed component. The user should be able to perform a search based on certain fixed categories by using different retrieval techniques. The work presented in this is a contribution to the first challenge which is to build a repository for supporting the use of software components in the development of retrieving software components. A tool for building such a repository has been implemented in software components with features to classify, store and retrieve components. This paper focuses on software tool with a new component classification scheme to make classification build of software components from software repository to make of retrieving software components and effective software reuse repositories.
