The objective of the present study was to assess twinning percentage and sex ratio in Nellore sheep. The overall twinning rate was 0.53 % in Nellore sheep ranging from 0.51 % to 1.23 % in different years. The overall sex ratio of single and twins and overall births were 49.30 %, 45.84 % and 49.26 %, respectively.
