The polypeptide profile of blood plasma and fluids collected from different parts of epididymal tract and vas deferens of Garole sheep was studied. The SDS PAGE analysis of blood plasma and fluid samples of the reproductive tract of rams revealed that the major polypeptides range between 57.5 to 79.7 Kd. A major band ranging between 74 to 79.7 Kd was common to all the regions. The composition of other polypeptides however, showed significant variations among different regions of epididymis and vas deferens.
