A total of 22 sheep flocks from farm and field were undertaken for the study using benzimidazole (BZ) and tetramisole (TEM) on anthelmintic resistance determined by four different formulae for data on faecal egg count reduction test. The proportion of flocks revealing BZ resistance in strongyle worms varied from 81.82% (Method 3) to 86.36% (Methods 1, 2 and 4). Like-wise the extent of TEM resistant strongyle worm in flocks ranged from 31.81% (Method 2) to 41.91% (Method 3). High concordance was found between Methods 1 and 2 for BZ resistance and between Methods 2 and 3 for TEM resistance.
