Astudy was undertaken to know the sexual behaviour of Mehsana bucks and its relationship with seminal physical characteristics and plasma testosterone profile. From two groups of bucks (Gr I n=3, 12–24 months old; GrII-n-3, >24 months old), a total of 72 ejaculates were obtained and reaction time, libido score and sexual behaviour score were recorded. The mean reaction time, libido score and sexual behaviour score were 41.61 ±1.95 sec, 76.93±0.69% and 71.32±0.79%, respectively. The variations between two groups were significant (P<0.05) for reaction time, libido and sexual behaviour scores. The sexual behaviour score was significantly (P<0.01) and positively correlated with ejaculate volume, individual motility, live sperm count and plasma testosterone level. It was concluded that sexual behaviour score can be effectively used for selecting the bucks for betterfertility.
