A study was conducted to record and analyze the growth performance and greasy fleece weight (GFW) of Malpura sheep of registered farmers under the Mega Sheep Seed Project during 2016 to 2020. A total of 23 adopted villages were divided into three centres and 21, 28 and 14 farmers were selected from centres 1, 2, and 3, respectively. The overall least squares means of lambs for birth, 3, 6, 9 and 12 month weights were 3.31±0.01, 14.33±0.03, 19.63±0.07, 24.65±0.13 and 30.02±0.19 kg, respectively. Centre and year effects were significant (P<0.01) on body weights in all the age groups. Significant difference in GFW per clip was observed in different centres. GFW was significantly (P<0.01) higher in males (0.796±0.00kg) than females (0.388±0.010 kg). The annual lambing rate ranged between 64.50 and 78.78%. It can be concluded that the overall performance of Malpura sheep in field conditions was found to be satisfactory.
